The TrueCapture Project Coordinator will be REMOTE. Onboarding will be virtual for the time being with occasional socially distanced meetings at a Nextracker office. In this position, you will report to the Project Manager of Controls Applications . The TrueCapture Project Coordinator will support project activities related to deploying NEXTracker's TrueCapture product.  The candidate will report to the project manager and work very closely with global asset management team members to ensure the successful execution of TrueCapture project deployment.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…


  • Support and coordinate activities/processes associated with TrueCapture software deployment projects.

  • Provide document control support to prepare, edit, proof and pdf final documents to be stored in the project documents tool within Box and ERP environment

  • Prepare customer-facing project documentation such as deployment schedules and PowerPoint decks with guidance from Project managers

  • Keep project scheduling and invoicing info up to date on confluence and ERP systems. Experience in cloud-based ERP is a plus.

  • Interface with customers and accounting teams to maintain schedules for invoice payments.

  • Prepare project completion reports for final sign off from customers

  • Gather quotes from various vendors for a given scope of work, provide the necessary documentation

  • Assist in documenting and issuing the project's approved purchase orders in the project management database, coordinate the approval routing through final approval until POs are issued.

  • Update quarterly project list with progress milestones.

  • Run monthly/quarterly reports for the accurate revenue forecast

  • Support the project team with reporting project status regularly.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required)…


  • 1- 4+ years overall administrative or project coordinator work experience, preferably supporting engineering/asset management teams

  • Ability to work in a team setting or independently with minimum supervision

  • Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.), expertise with web-based applications, and strong communication skills are necessary (written and verbal).

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Communications or related degree is desired, but is not required. Equivalent appropriate work experience is highly desired and can be substituted for a degree.
