About the Job

Our Digital Business team is looking for a Lead Manager eCommerce, NextUp and Insurance Sales Execution who is passionate about the customer experience and has analytical and multi-task abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for reviewing the long-term technological roadmap, and working cross-functionally with our product, delivery and business teams are working to drive business value. Additionally, you will develop an intimate knowledge of the current state of the business, technology, and will drive results through offer and capability execution to achieve the desired financial and future state.

Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View

Currently, we are looking for someone who is a creative problem solver, has a passion for marketing and customer experience that drives the business. This role will work directly with marketing and our product teams to deliver our key performance indicators. This will include functional enhancements, offers, merchandising, defect analysis and market research. The ideal candidate is an ambitious self-starter who maintains a versatile set of skills such an analytical/statistical mindset, a technical acumen, excellent written/verbal skills, and is never afraid of a challenge. This work requires coordination and collaboration with many other AT&T departments to align efforts so we can meet the demands of an ever-changing marketplace.

Qualifications

Qualifications
• 5+ years of product Retail or eCommerce experience with a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

o Experience within high tech, software and/or wireless/telecom industry highly desired
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or experience in software development, web technologies and customer communications.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert consumer insights and performance data into high impact product initiatives
• Experience working within agile/scaled agile development team preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders
• Technical skills would include: Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Jira, Scaled Agile Framework, and best practices within the eCommerce/Digital Space.
