POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for the day-to-day dispatching of Dedicated account freight utilizing Jones Logistics assets.Dispatcher will be responsible for the planning and dispatching as well as order entry and driver management. Responsible for coordinating all outbound freight needs for the customer.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Daily planning and utilization of fleet

Communication with drivers

Accountable for dedicated fleet driver retention and satisfaction

Coordination of the daily shipments

Education

Associates Degree preferred but related experience considered. TMW experience a plus.

Experience

Two to four years related experience a plus.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Computer Skills

TMW, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
