Automotive Parts Consultant at MORRIES AUTOMOTIVE GROUP in Minnetonka, Minnesota

Job Description:

Morrie’s Auto Group is looking for a Parts Consultant to join our team at our Minnetonka Mazda location. If you are motivated, detail oriented, and enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced working environment, then we have an opportunity for you.

Hours Preferred: Monday - Friday 7am thru 4pm, Occasional Saturday

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist walk-in customers in selecting required parts


• Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information


• Stage daily orders for shipment, delivery or pick up


• Assist service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs in process


• Open a repair order envelope for all new repair orders


• Order parts not in stock


• Receive, check-in, and restock orders


• Notify the shop manager and customer that ordered parts have been received


• Answer parts phones


• Occasional assistance with parts delivery with company provided vehicle


• Other duties as required

Qualifications/Skills:

• Reliable and punctual


• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills


• Attention to detail


• Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment


• Good driving record


• Valid driver’s license


• Able to pass a background check and drug screen


• Must be able to lift 75lbs
