BASIC PURPOSE:


The primary role of the Operations Support Specialist is to provide administrative assistance to Operations team. Provides support for efficient departmental processes. Tasks include preparing and sorting documents and data entry into internal databases.





ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


*Assist and support Operation Project Business Leads


*Follow processes and instructions given through excellent documentation and organization; executing all required/appropriate actions for requests to ensure they are completed in a timely manner


*Performing other special projects as assigned



REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:


*Reports to Sr Director, Operations


*Indirectly reports to Project Business Lead





QUALIFICATIONS:


*High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred


*Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications with the ability to learn new software applications quickly and be comfortable working on diverse types of computer programs


*1-2 years of Healthcare experience or Staffing industry experience preferred, but not required


*Ability to multi-task with detail and goal-oriented work methodology in a fast paced environment


*Analytical skills with knowledge of measurement processes and pattern recognition


*Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision


*Strong customer service, verbal, and written communication, and interpersonal skills


*Ability to adapt to each individual task and handle them efficiently and effectively
