Manager of Strategic Accounts - Somerset, KY

A day as a Strategic Accounts Manager for ProLogistix might look like the following:

• Build Relationships with the client at all levels of management to ensure an understanding of the business, staffing needs, and expectations.


• Uses your creative thinking to effectively come up with recruiting strategies to meet/ exceed the fill rate


• Delivers Client customized orientations


• Will run reporting and collaborate with the client


• Use their communication to help solve staffing or environment issues to better serve the client.


• They Will use their HR mindset to help coach and counsel associates, as well as work through and impacts business


• Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction


• Oversea the onsite team

To be successful as a SAM you will want to have

• 3+ years of Human Resource/ employee relations experience


• 2 years of operations management and leadership, in a manufacturing setting preferred but not required


• A strong computer knowledge so you can navigate the platforms we use


• A passion for talking with people of all levels and being able to handle stressful situations


• A Strong customer service focus


• Being able to manage your time and stay organized


• HR experience a plus


• Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment
