Job Description:

The Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day execution of our campaigns and acts as the primary point of contact with client counterparts to ensure smooth project delivery of campaign objectives. In conjunction with the Account Director, the Account Manager and other internal teams, the AE helps manage day-to-day activities which can include timeline and campaign brief creation/management, client and vendor communication, internal platform management and monitoring.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is solutions-oriented. This candidate is passionate about the social ecosphere, actively participates within it, and understands the social/digital landscape. Additionally, it is a plus to have an understanding of how to leverage influencers in the social space along with paid media to drive campaign objectives.

This role sits within the Operations Team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, that include but are not limited to store/brand offers, chatbot extensions, rebates and sweepstakes.

In this role you will further learn how these levers work together to complement a broader marketing campaign and have the ability to explain ROI through these activities.

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of campaigns, analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. Analyze and baseline social media conversation metrics.


  • Create campaign kickoff documents, baseline reports, weekly and wrap-up reports and present to campaign stakeholders.


  • Work closely with multiple internal teams to achieve the objectives of the campaign; communicate those objectives clearly and concisely.



  • Present feedback on campaign activities and social media monitoring to provide insights to clients.


  • Become an advocate of the Company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate. 


  • Become a resource for internal teams on best practices and engage in dialogue with teams for campaign success. 


Job Qualifications  

Experience:


  • At least 1-3 years of applicable work experience (agency, CPG marketing, sales, consulting)


  • Have a good knowledge of principles of digital marketing



  • Preferred:



    • Public relations, Marketing, Sales, or Community Management experience


    • Wal-Mart or CPG experience


    • Shopper Marketing experience




Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, communications or related field

Other:


  • Strong project management and organizational skills


  • Attention to detail and ability to keep track of changes across multiple projects


  • Great attitude and ability to be flexible and entrepreneurial


  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, YouTube, Tik Tok, Instagram, etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios


  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships


  • Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary


  • Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly


  • Comfortable working in an environment where you are responsible for identifying and implementing processes, systems and best practices
