What you will do

The Integrated Marketing Program Manager is part of our Building Solutions business at Johnson Controls. We?re creating ?Smart Buildings? throughout the world. This is a U.S. based remote position.

The Integrated Marketing Program Manager will manage and coordinate internal and external resources to develop marketing communications and associated programs, projects, and pieces for the above area teams. This may include traditional collateral, lead generation, advertising, sponsorships, public relations, market specific internal communications and branch communications.

How you will do it


  • Lead integrated thought leadership marketing campaigns with internal teams and external vendors for a digital outbound campaign to customers in seven key vertical markets delivering outcome-based messaging and targeted through organic and paid media, public relations, email nurture, marketing materials and outbound calling.

  • Marketing enablement and content creation: Customize existing marketing materials and create new marketing materials upon request. Marketing support includes digital, print, social, and video.

  • Drive key business metrics including leads, MQLs, SQLs and Opportunities. 

  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting digital traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.

  • Effectively communicate project information to business stakeholders and sales leadership.?

  • Develop online resource portals though SharePoint to optimize sales enablement.

  • Monitor campaign progress and quality by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.

What we look for


  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

  • 5 Years suggested minimum experience in a similar role.

  • Broad knowledge of professional discipline or advanced knowledge of specific technical and operational practices applied to a variety of situations.

  • Developed marketing, demand generation and communication skills to exchange information to all business leads. 

  • Negotiation mainly within department.
