Job Description:

Seeking an energetic individual with great personality to manage our recruiting program!
Person will be responsible for finding qualified, quality candidates for our hiring supervisors to chose from!

Predominant Task include:

Manage recruiting program including but not limited to delegating tasks and ensuring the following are completed according to HT processes:

Process Personnel Requisitions.
Track open positions and actively recruit qualified, quality candidates with a goal of filling open positions within 7 days of a personnel requisition being requested by the hiring manager.
Track and report recruiting metrics.
Receive, screen, review, sort, log and maintain applications/resumes.
Build and maintain recruiting resources on an on-going basis.
Assist Internal Support Specialist in obtaining disability documentation.
Maintain HT's applicant logs within the HR Database for Affirmative Action Plan.
Conduct preliminary interviews, create an applicant pool and make recommendations for hire to Hiring Supervisor.
Track and provide correspondence for candidates.
Conduct reference checking and background checks as required and/or assigned.
Work with Hiring Supervisor and HR Assistant to complete offer letters, make job offer to candidate and set start dates.


Additional Tasks:

Assist and attend Job Fairs and other community events with recruiting opportunities, as needed.
Train supervisors in the recruiting process to: enhance candidate selection, ensure DOL compliance and improve employee retention.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all information contained in reports, communications and files.
Assist with completion of forms for insurance, disability and FMLA, as requested.
Serve and participate on internal corporate committees and external committees as appropriate.
Maintain knowledge of current trends and best practices in the field of recruiting, employee retention and human resources.
Comply with safety policies and procedures for safety of self and others.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the VP of Human Resources.
