Program Manager - Technology
DAT Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to join our Information Technology Leadership team in Beaverton, Oregon. This position requires a strong understanding of project management fundamentals, with the ability to help manage and link back projects to the larger technology portfolio. This individual will lead through influence, as a servant leader and will be counted on to bring teams, managers, and business leaders together to meet goals and objectives.
The Program Manager is responsible for the delivery, reporting, and communication of the technology portfolio. This individual will work closely with the project teams, internal business leaders, and management to deliver projects to enable our development team and business leaders to meet their objectives.
As a member of the technology leadership team, this position will have responsibility for the growth and mentoring of the entire Technology team. Additionally, this leader will collaborate with key internal stakeholders to continuously improve the technology delivery process and ensure we are meeting the needs of the business.
