Our 2022 Internship Program is a paid 10-week learning experience where you will be immersed in the daily environment of a thriving Fortune 250 global financial services company.

You will gain invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments, in addition to engaging in projects that directly affect our business, interact with senior leaders in conversational settings, and network with employees and interns across our regional offices.

  • Strong analytical and organization skills


  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a range of individuals (engineers, analysts, technology leaders, etc.)


  • Initiative to engage with and creatively solution complex problems independently, with input and feedback from colleagues and managers


You will:

Partner with the Product Manager for the Enablement Agile Release Train (E-Train), Guardian's core-technology architecture and engineering organization, and assist in assessing and analyzing the performance of the technical engineering organization and provide logistical support to the E-Train's administrative team.

  • Collaborate with ART leadership to understand agile principles, participate in ceremonies and coordinate necessary discussions to continuously improve team


  • Evaluate opportunities to measure ART success, establish and evaluate metrics to enhance team productivity and success


  • Obtain an understanding of the platforms and technologies delivered by the release train


  • Build necessary models/reports to display current metrics and areas of improvement


  • Understand CI/CD pipelines and toolsets to support metrics

Eligibility:

Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization. F-1 visa holders with Optional Practical Training (OPT) who will require H-1B status, TNs, or current H-1B visa holders will not be considered. H1-B and green card sponsorship is not available for this position.
