*EMPLOYMENT STATUS:* Direct Hire
*TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:* Quarterly overnight travel in U. S. may be requested (post-COVID)
*SCHEDULE:* Standard business hours
*ABOUT THE JOB*
The Recruiter is a true people person; facilitating relationships with hiring manages, candidates, staffing agencies, and our larger HR team. This individual will utilize these relationships to understand the nuances and expectations of each requisition and then source exceptional candidates. The Recruiter will thrive in a fast paced, high volume, deadline driven environment while maintaining high attention to detail. Flexibility, drive, problem solving, and interpersonal communication skills are essential for the Recruiteras success. This individual will be a key part of a Talent Acquisition team that is developing innovative methods to build a diverse talent network while overseeing and driving internal and external recruitment efforts. The Recruiter leverages their curiosity and interest in people to connect extraordinary talent with meaningful work.
*RESPONSIBILITIES *
aC/ Drive the recruiting life cycle with a focus on our Best Buy Health business. This including sourcing resumes, conducting phone screens, tracking candidates in ATS, coordinating interview schedules and logistics, conducting post-interview calibration meetings, presenting offer packages and onboarding
aC/ Facilitate an exceptional candidate experience through high touch communication and timely feedback, ensuring that all candidates are given an exceptional candidate experience regardless of hiring decision
aC/ Consult with hiring leaders to discuss their upcoming talent needs/hiring forecast, share wins and challenges, discuss market intelligence and seek feedback on areas for improvement in recruitment strategies and processes
aC/ Attend events to represent Best Buy Health and develop relationships that may result in quality, diverse candidate pool
aC/ Serve as employment brand ambassador for both internal and external customers and seeks ways to proactively promote and leverage employment brand within and outside the organization
aC/ Ensure all internal and referral applicants are guided through the recruitment process with the highest level of customer service
aC/ Participate in projects and initiates as related to Talent Acquisition and overall HR team strategies and goals
aC/ Other duties as assigned
*QUALIFICATIONS*
*Education*: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
*Experience: *
aC/ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruiting role required, preferably with in-house experience
aC/ Prior experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels preferred
aC/ Prior experience collaborating in a team environment that is fast paced and ever changing
*Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:*
aC/ Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
aC/ Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems
aC/ Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
