Job Description:

The Claims Services department at Epiq currently seeks a Quality Control (QC) Analyst II to participate in ensuring the overall quality of claims processing. The QC Analyst II reviews claim forms, manual processing procedures. The QC Analyst II then reviews documents processed to ensure alignment with the Client approved procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assess procedures in place to achieve department quality control

Communicates with leadership regarding work needed to achieve quality standards

Works with team members to balance workloads and monitor team priorities

Escalates as needed to ensure leadership takes appropriate action regarding quality concerns

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of project types administered by Epiq (Class Action)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong work ethic and strong analytical, communication and verbal and written skills

Attention to detail and time management skills required
