Basic Function:
Essential Functions:
* Perform various warehouse duties including, but not limited to:
o Pulling of product per customer requirements
o Preparing pulled product for shipment to the customer
o Processing inbound shipments for appropriate storage
o Cycle counting and/or physical inventory
* Use of various types of equipment in the performing of these tasks, including, but not limited to:
o Various types of fork lifts, including those that go up to 50ft off the ground
o Automated storage and retrieval systems
o Automated warehouse management systems (WMS)
* Use of various computer-based programs (Bill of Ladings, small package manifest, PC type applications, mainframe type applications)
* Record necessary data on appropriate paperwork and/or in computer based program(s)
* Maintain all equipment according to facility maintenance procedures
* Perform all responsibilities in a safe manner observing all safety requirements
* Actively support the Corporate Win Strategy
* Perform other related responsibilities

Requirements:
Physical Demands & Work Environment: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. * Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally required to assist in dual lifts of up to 150 pounds with another employee. The employee will commonly lift and/or carry objects weighing 20-50 pounds. The employee will be frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to handle product, pull or push product/equipment, reach with hands and arms, occasionally be required to bend, twist, sit and stoop. Occasionally will be required to climb (stairs and/or ladders). The employee will frequently be required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. * Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to heat, cold, humidity and dust. The employee will frequently work on or around moving equipment. The noise level in the work environment is low to moderate. The employee will frequently work with deadlines under pressure and will occasionally be required to work alone.
