Job Description:

The Product Manager is a key member of the Product Strategy team and works in conjunction with Senior Product Managers to define and launch new enhancements to our product. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external constituents to identify and define new features and ensure successful launch of new capabilities to drive maximum adoption and value for our partners.

Product Manager Job Duties:*

• Determines our partner's needs and desires through continued outreach and communication with key stakeholders at our partner organizations.




• Contributes to our innovation community and works with partners to develop new ideas and concepts.




• Participates in the Product Launch Communication Process, ensuring that quality release communication materials are created and distributed.




• Collaborates in annual Product Roadmap planning and recommends opportunities to drive broader consumer engagement, partner efficiency, and to drive partner growth.




• Assists in bringing new products to market by drafting high level requirements, by working closely with development teams to deliver solutions, partnering with marketing and other product owners in communicating and delivering functionality in the hands of our users.




• Develops and presents content for assigned product lines, for the annual SPARK conference, and internal and external webinars.




• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing any related projects assigned as needed.




• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies




• Able to travel: potential for up to 25%

Product Manager Skills And Qualifications:

• To be successful in this role, candidates must:




• Hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, or equivalent education and experience




• Have a minimum of 3+ years in software product management or solution design




• Possess the ability to process highly complex and technical information quickly, and turn that information into meaningful communications for our partners.




• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.




• Be partner focused = able to get to know our partners and quickly grasp key needs and turn those into high level requirements for dev teams




• Enjoy working with and talking to a variety of people every day: technical resources, support resources, executives, marketing and sales professionals, partners, vendors, and other product team members




• Have a desire and dedication to the creation of delighted customers




• Be a motivated self-starter -able to figure out what needs to be done and execute on tasks without being told what to do each day




• Have a passion for applying technology in new and innovative ways to solve problems and in developing new ideas and processes.
