Shipt is growing and we are searching for a Director of Finance to join our team!

Your Responsibilities

• Building financial intelligence on industry and competitor performance.




• Creating quarterly market share insights by synthesizing complex external data.




• Analyzing Shipt's financial performance verse competitor set and providing insights on key financial drivers.




• Thinking strategically and working with partners on complex topics.




• Approaching opportunities with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong analytical, decision making, project management, planning and organizational skills.




• Being solution oriented and nimble in your approach.




• Staying curious and connected to the industry to bring forward the best solutions and ideas.




• Demonstrating effective planning and organizational skills.




• Developing business relationships and possessing the ability to competently manage multiple priorities. 




• Being self-directed, willing to take initiative and owning a process through to completion.




• Serving as a team player capable of interacting with all levels of employees and senior management.




• Being detail and process oriented, with the ability to translate data and analysis into coherent information linked to the business big picture.




• Understanding and framing complex issues in a consolidated and straightforward manner.




• Defining problems, collecting data from multiple sources, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions.




• Demonstrating the ability to make difficult decisions when appropriate.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.




• 10+ years of finance experience.




• Strong communication skills and ability to influence key investment decisions.




• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong analytical, decision making, project management, planning and organizational skills.

Nice to Haves

• MBA Degree with strong academic performance.




• Investor Relations experience.
