S3 Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst- Budget to support our Apache attack helicopter projects on Redstone Arsenal, AL.

Position Description : The Program Analyst will support the Software Division, System Engineering Directorate, Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles (STORM) Project Office. Duties include tracking of the government software development funding efforts and associated reporting; analysis of software funding documents, expenditures and balances against program requirements; and, conducting obligation and disbursement analysis. Analyses includes that for Post Production Software Support (PPSS) for the Operations and Sustainment requirements from the Strategic Portfolio Analysis Review, technical support to software integrated product teams, strategic planning efforts, and program reviews. Also supports the tracking and reporting on action items and provides technical support to internal and external taskers. Minimum travel required.

Experience Required: Master's degree and fifteen (15) years of combined engineering, technical analysis or project management experience. In lieu of a graduate degree, a Bachelor's degree and twenty (20) years of combined related experience may be substituted. Must have background and skills in financial management functions and be able to independently perform the technical and/or senior project analyst aspects of project tasks. Must be expert in Excel

Education Required: Master's degree from an accredited school in engineering, the physical sciences, computer science, mathematics, operations research, management, business or related technical, management field and fifteen (15) years of combined engineering, technical analysis or project management experience. In lieu of a graduate degree, a Bachelor's degree and twenty (20) years of combined relative experience may be substituted.

Security Clearance Required: Secret Clearance.
