Shipt is growing and we are searching for a Manager, FP&A to join our team! As a Manager, you will have the opportunity to work for a competitive, fast-paced and innovative company. You will work across functions and teams to solve complex problems and unique challenges.
In your role, you will play a critical role in helping to strengthen Shipt’s analytic and strategic finance capabilities, processes, and workflows. You will have the opportunity to take on high visibility, strategic projects and workstreams focused on optimizing Shipt’s performance through financial analytics, business insights, and organizational partnerships.
Your Responsibilities
Create financial valuation models for new retail and B2B partnership opportunities and the expansion of additional product offerings within existing partner network.
Build strategic finance partnerships with core business lines including business development, operations, and partner success.
Influence and advise key investment decisions throughout the organization by providing financial impact analysis.
Work cross-functionally with accounting, FP&A, strategy, and business units to advance key enterprise objectives and special projects in existing and new product / industry verticals.
Build financial acumen throughout the organization by educating key stakeholders on the core financial drivers of Shipt’s revenues, costs, and operational expenditures.
Analyze, model, and forecast the opportunities and risks associated with Shipt’s top-line performance and growth through SQL, excel, and data visualization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business; Graduate degree preferred
6+ years of experience in accounting, data analytics, and/or corporate finance
Strong communicator with proven ability to communicate across functions and departments
Entrepreneurial spirit and strong analytical, decision making, project management, planning and organizational skills
Comfort navigating ambiguity and complex financial data
