Job Description:

PAPE’ MATERIAL HANDLING, INC. – ESCONDIDO, CA

FORKLIFT PAINTER / BODY TECHNICIAN: We have an immediate opening for an experienced forklift painter. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Paint and body work on forklifts, including finish matching.


• Painting, mixing, tinting, and blending.


• Understanding, keeping abreast of, and complying with federal, state, and local regulations that affect paint shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.


• Assisting with loading and unloading of equipment and building maintenance.

Position requires 2 plus years’ painting and refinishing experience. Must have good communication skills and be clean and well-organized. Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
