At Emerson, we’re passionate about technology and we are seeking electrical engineers for the design of automated electronic manufacturing test systems. AS A SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER, YOU WILL:

• Design production test systems used in electronics manufacturing for Instrumentation products
• Work closely with the design team to optimize test architecture, coverage, and efficiency
• Create product characterization algorithms & functional tests that ensure consistently high product performance in all environments
• Get hands-on experience building, verifying, and deploying the systems designed by you and your team
• Continuously improve the manufacturing processes and security
• Interface with electronics manufacturing service providers
• Use database tools to assess the process capability of manufacturing systems

 Requirements

• B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or related level of experience plus certifications
• 3+ years of relevent experience
• Analog and digital electronic circuits knowledge
• Ability to travel to client locations, as needed.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Good working knowledge of electronic test equipment including scopes, meters, signal generators, etc.
• Experience with LabVIEW software is a plus
