Community Solutions, Inc., an agency whose core values are Integrity, Compassion, Connection and Service is opening several locations throughout New Hampshire and is in search of a Program Director to facilitate and manage the opening and developing of these new teams of Multisystemic Therapists. We will be providing Multisystemic Therapy to the at-risk and disadvantaged youth.

We are opening offices and hiring in the following areas, the Program Director can be located out of any of these areas:  


  • Manchester – Covering Manchester, Nashua, Concord areas

  • Dover – Covering Rochester, Dover, Portsmouth, Hampton, Conway and the North Country

  • West Lebanon – Covering Keene and Claremont area.

The Program Director provides management for all program services and operations. You will be supervising personnel, program development, financial management, policy, and procedures. You will be maintaining relationships with the community and anyone outside the agency. You will formulate program goals and objectives in addition to establishing program priorities. As a Program Director you will be expected to travel within all regions. Community Solutions Inc. is a nonprofit organization that promotes the responsible citizenship, accountability and well-being of individuals and families involved, or at risk of involvement, in the child welfare, juvenile justice, or criminal justice system.  Since 1962 we have been delivering supervision, treatment, and comprehensive individualized services to help clients interact more effectively in their communities and become productive citizens.

MST is a highly researched and evidence-based program with numerous years of successful outcomes. Community Solutions (CSI) is one of the largest nationally licensed providers of MST and has seen success with MST for over 20 years, expanding into 8 states.

MST therapists provide intensive in-home and community-based treatment to families of juvenile offenders. Therapists engage the primary caregiver and other key participants to promote behavior change in the youth's natural environment, with comprehensive, flexible and highly individualized services. Therapists have the flexibility of working non-traditional hours in order to best meet the needs of the families and provide on-call support to families through an on-call rotation.

Therapist receive extensive training in a research-based, outcome-driven treatment model. To ensure the best outcomes and fidelity to the model therapists receive weekly supervision, professional development, case management and consultation activities.

Therapists work individually with the family while also having the support of their entire team. If you enjoy working as a part of a team, value a community-based approach, have strong interpersonal skills and are flexible.


  • A Master’s degree and three years’ experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree and five years’ experience in the social service or criminal justice field. Education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one year for one year basis.

  • Three years’ experience in management and supervision of staff.

  • Ability to engage and develop collaborations with community agencies.

  • Previous assessment experience preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft Office.

  • Valid Drivers License and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
