Production Plant Team Member

County Materials is hiring team members to join our concrete plant, with positions starting at $18/hr. Our team is responsible for manufacturing safe, long-lasting concrete construction products for communities across the country, and we're looking for more people who want a stable career in concrete manufacturing. Experience as a construction worker, equipment operator, forklift operator, skilled laborer, or general laborer is preferred but not necessary.

As a Plant Team Member, you will:

Prepare beds, forms, and steel for concrete production
Place and finish concrete
Perform manual tasks, including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
Follow established guidelines to perform responsibilities
