As an On-Figure Styling Coordinator, you will oversee the coordination and planning of all photo samples for Lands’ End on-figure photo shoots across all divisions. You will collaborate with leaders from Styling, Creative, Merchandising and Design and serve as a liaison to in-house and remote freelance staff. This position is critical in ensuring all product, arrives on-time and accurately to ensure the shoots are successful.
Successful candidates should have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
Strong PC and MAC/ iPad skills, with the confidence and ability to quickly learn and utilize Lands' End specific programs, i.e. Commander, RAMIDS, Media Bank, IPLM, SKIQ, Business Objects etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel / Google Docs.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong follow-up skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills that appropriately represent the department and company with both internal and external contacts.
Ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines.
Critical thinking with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Highly professional manner, ability to communicate with all levels of management to ensure department productivity and coordination of deadlines.
Ability to work independently, but also as a team player.
Convey a can-do, positive, solution focused attitude.
