We Offer
CCO/CRO IB, NFR & GMR COO Team seeks a COO member based in US to support CCO IB organization. The core directive includes the department strategy, reporting/executive presentations for senior management, governance framework as well as innovative initiatives.

• Develop and execute key critical initiatives and drive continued compliance process improvement in liaison with the CCO COO, IB COO and Legal Entity COO team
• Responsible for managing critical executive presentation or updates to senior management, such as department management committee, EXB members, or external investor or regulators
• Provide support for IB CCO governance and blocking issue process; provide legal entity management and US Senior Management Regime support across CCO
• Interact with a broad set of partners across business and compliance organizations, as well as with the Senior Management to create high impact improvement to the respective business and compliance teams

The COO team for CRO/CCO IB, Market Risk (MR) and Non-Financial Risk (NFR) provides the support for global operation and overall management support of the respective four Risk and Compliance departments across EMEA, SWISS, AMER and APAC. Core COO Mandate includes the department strategy development and execution, risk and compliance governance framework, senior executive presentations to core committees, board or regulators, robust business management (e.g., financials, human capitals, supervision and controls), as well as department transformation and innovation portfolio management.
