SUMMARY
The Frac Operations Coordinator provides administrative support for the Operations Department. Responsible for performing office tasks such as data entry, maintaining records, processing transactions and other similar duties. Preparing reports, presentations, or correspondence. Follows organizational and departmental procedures to complete tasks. This position requires confidentiality, diplomacy and professionalism and may interact with high-level individuals and customers outside of the Company. The position also interacts with all departments within the Company.
JOB DUTIES:
Correcting and updating customer data, shipping papers, delivery tickets and pricing into SOS
Ensure all shipping papers are completed and correct inventory transferred
Complete truck treating ticket as time allows
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports from SOS or QuickBooks
Ensure transfers and reconciliation of satellite yard and warehouses inventory are entered into QuickBooks
Notify billing manager of any changes to customers information or pricing
Resolve any customer issues or referrer issues to Accounts receivable or Account manager if needed to resolve the issue
Ensure warehouse pins are assigned and entered in SOS
Assist in the event of equipment not being assigned by fleet or IT (Phones, Laptops, etc.)
Assist in troubleshooting SOS issues before support ticket is submitted
Assisting with basic needs and issues of technical support (Excel, logging into laptops or SOS) by troubleshooting before submitting support tickets / STEM
Obtaining and distribution of labels and MSDS sheets when requested
Communication with other departments of assistance (Payroll, Accounting, Distribution, etc.)
May be responsible for making travel arrangements
Assisting with receiving deliveries such as supplies or inventory
Communication with other coordinators and assist when requested
Assist with Kronos or SOS as requested
Assist with ComData or Emburse issues
Other duties may be assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Effective oral and written communication skills
Customer Service Skills
Thorough knowledge of billing processes, credit applications and purchase orders
Proficient with QuickBooks, Excel, and SOS
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION:
Associate Degree or equivalent experience
2+ years providing Administrative Support
2+ years QuickBooks experience
