Summary

InterDigital is seeking an experienced patent administrator to join their growing in-house prosecution team to support prosecution and Patents team operations.

Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and manage patent family data in support of a global portfolio


  • Manage art for portfolio acquisitions and transfers


  • Perform file wrapper audits and prepare summary reports


  • Generate and maintain licensing support materials, e.g. patent lists, claim charts, etc.


  • Executive support of the Patents team related to expenses, travel, meeting and professional membership coordination


  • Lead special projects as needed



Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in patent prosecution and/or administrative operations experience required


  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills


  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail


  • Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills


  • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
