Commercial Strategy Leader at Schneider Electric USA, Inc in HORSHAM, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

The Commercial Transformation team is responsible for supporting the ambition to grow SE NAM to ₠10B by 2025. The Sr. Transformation Project Leader is a key role on this team, responsible for supporting this growth through GTM transformations, setting up the operating model for newly acquired businesses and ensuring that we have a process in place to make the best use of investment funds required to support this growth. He/she must be an excellent communicator and coordinator, be collaborative, proactive and be able to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Specific responsibilities include:


  • Drive process and consistency behind sales investments required for future growth
  • Implement operating model for alliances / partnerships with non-integrated businesses
  • Lead go to market transformation projects that span across different business units

    • Cultivate pipeline of projects that support cross BU collaboration in support of the 10B25 goal
    • Prepare quarterly review to update on progress of existing projects and to align on prioritization of future projects with key stakeholders
    • Build transformation project plan and lead cross functional teams leveraging agile methodology where possible
    • Leverage internal and external relationships to collect data and design future operating models (ie. Gartner)
    • Build and implement change management plan for impacted teams / individuals
    • Launch new operating models and lead hand over process to business

  • Tracking and monitoring of GTM projects and investment decisions

QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the education, experience, skills and/or abilities required. An individual must meet the minimum requirements as listed in each Qualifications subsection.

EDUCATION:


  • BS degree in Business or Engineering
  • MBA (preferred)

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience in commercial operations or consulting

  • Demonstrated experience leading projects and driving change inside a large organization
