Job Description:

SUMMARY OF POSITION: This position provides a full range of administrative support to WCG's Legal and Corporate Development Teams.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

* High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:


  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate setting providing administrative support to a member of executive leadership.

  • Paralegal or law firm experience is preferred.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and video conferencing platforms Zoom and Teams.

  • Highest degrees of accuracy, detail-orientation and confidentiality and discretion.

  • Ability to anticipate needs and preferences of the team to effectively handle requests.

  • A self-starter with demonstrated critical thinking and organization skills.

  • Ability to work independently - prioritizing work based on deliverables and understanding of the key priorities of the team and Company.

  • Ability to multi-task; work in fast-paced, potentially stressful situations; and meet strict deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to proof-read and detect errors in typing, spelling, grammar, syntax and punctuation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.


  • Manage correspondence incoming to and generated by members of the Legal and Corporate Development staffs. Produce or oversee the production of letters, e-mails, memos, meeting notices, reports, schedules and other documents from rough drafts, notes or transcription; transcribe meeting minutes; gather information and finalize meeting agendas.

  • Provide administrative support to the Legal and Corporate Development teams; prepare background information in preparation for professional commitments; keep executive calendars, including determining priority of follow-up items; make travel arrangements; oversee and/or coordinate arrangements for meetings; anticipate needs of the team; screen, prioritize and distribute calls, mail, and e-mails.

  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the work.

  • Assures the maintenance and timely processing of travel and expense account and records.

  • Coordinates staff and department meetings, including agendas

  • Assists in the maintenance of departmental records, including corporate records and electronic files

  • Creates and updates presentations, spreadsheets, power point presentations, documents and correspondence
