Process Manager II - Business Configuration and Support - Home Lending Originations at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in Phoenix, Arizona

Job Description:

This position is primarily responsible for business support and system administration functions. Secondary responsibilities include making configurable system updates. The candidate will complete Production Support tasks that triage and remediate real-time production issues. Troubleshooting and defining a plan for remediation are key to maintaining and supporting a live production environment. The candidate will work closely with users, management and support groups on loan and user level issues. They will have knowledge of the mortgage process and preferably experience with one or more mortgage job families (Sales, Underwriting, Closing, Support, Communications). Must be able to work independently and have good networking skills. Will need to stay current on all changes and updates to ensure that service levels around ticket completions are being met.

The candidate will interact regularly with users and the business community to ensure they are in touch with the business environment and ever changing needs of the stakeholders. This will include reviewing existing configuration to ensure operational efficiency and making recommendations for improvement. Fast and reliable decision-making skills are critical in order to keep pace with the ever-changing Mortgage Banking industry, regulatory environment and JPMC priorities.

The Business Configuration and Support Analyst may also support system configuration and assist in implementing system changes as needed.

This team provides coverage:


  • M-F 8am to 8pm Eastern

Qualifications:

• Project Management experience preferred.

• Interact with business users including management and translate business needs into viable solutions.

• Translating detailed data into presentations that provide business leaders with the ability to make decisions based on available data.

• Effectively and professionally communicate information across all levels of an organization.

• Utilize PM tools including Visio, MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

• Familiarity with all phases of the system development life cycle and Agile methodology preferred.

• Knowledge of Mortgage Operations preferred.
