Job Description:

The P&C Program Professional is responsible for the administration and execution of the onboarding program for ManpowerGroup, including the program's content, logistics, and facilitation. The Program Professional will also support the Talent & Development function and team with various other program support such as Career Spotlights and Career Conversations, ensuring these programs are kept up to date and leveraged to their full potential.

Making an Impact
• Solicit and review all content requests regarding Onboarding materials and training, building the requested content into the program and/or materials as applicable.
• Keep abreast on People & Culture programs, products, and developments, working with applicable P&C team members to develop content to include within the Onboarding program.
• Review MAPS and New Hire Survey data to understand, recommend, and eventually integrate new Orientation material to address improvements identified through the data.
• Implement and deploy training logistics (communication, scheduling, data entry, etc)
• Order appropriate access and equipment for each new employee, interlocking with Hiring Manager and IT as needed, ensuring all appropriate access is requested timely
• Create and maintain a New Hire Yammer community, curating content and driving engagement on the community during and after orientation.
• Continuously improve the Onboarding Program, including updates to content and materials, adding supplementary subprograms for key roles or levels, integrating new facets and technology, and keeping the program's look and feel fresh while on tone.
• Manage Career Spotlights forum, including:
o Create calendar in alignment with channel purpose, work with stakeholders to solicit input and content
o Review requests for topics to be included within Career Spotlights, consider potential impact vs effort of this channel, consider other more appropriate channels, and provide consultation where appropriate.
o Produce stories
o Measure and report on impact
• Manage Career Conversations program, including:
o Identify current state of employee and leader awareness, engagement, and utilization of Career Conversations.
o Identify and prioritize improvements to communication channels and content
o Partner with L&D team to curate content for various channels
o Facilitate training sessions where assigned
o Identify how to measure impact, measure impact, and report on impact
• Document procedures as they're established, setting governance on how accuracy, changes, and exceptions are managed

Sharing Expertise
• Act as an expert in the offerings and best practices of the Onboarding program.
• Market the Onboarding offerings to the business, ensuring hiring managers are aware of the scope of content and the experience their new employee will receive so they can build onto it seamlessly without unintentional redundancy or omission.

Gaining Exposure
• Build and maintain good relationships with hiring managers, participants, guest speakers, and P&C functional areas.
• Partner with HRIS, TA, and IT to ensure seamless employee onboarding experience
• Partner with Instructional Designers to create best practices for learners and support L&D with training deliverables within scope.

Your Typical Day
• Present options and content to include within assigned program, identifying implications (costs, benefits, limitations and/or consequences) of including the proposed content.
• Meet with stakeholders, including P&C, to drive understanding and usage of assigned programs as well as to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Travel - 10% or less

Qualifications:

Required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have
• Experience with reporting
• Experience facilitating in person and/or remote learning
