You will use your strong communication, organizational and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through various social media tools.
• Screen candidates resumes, job applications and assessments.
• Work with hiring managers weekly.
• Conduct interviews via phone calls and through video
• Act as a point of contact and build relationships with candidates and clients.

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of recruiting experience, (project management recruiting preferred)
• Strong decision-making skills
• Experience with various social media tools and CRM's (LinkedIn, Indeed, Taleo, etc.)
• Drive to achieve goals consistently and efficiently
• Ability to work normal business hours with flexibility based on business needs.
