Job Description:

Encantado Technical Solutions (ETS) is an unpopulated Small Business Administration-approved mentor-protégé joint venture between Edgewater Federal Solutions, Inc. and ECS Federal, LLC. ETS is bolstered by second-tier subcontractors Information International Associates (IIA) and Amentum. ETS provides comprehensive enterprise and mission-embedded IT support for the $400 - $700 million Third-Party Telecommunications and Information Technology Support Services contract at Sandia National Laboratories. ETS is currently recruiting for a variety of cleared and uncleared IT positions with on-site and remote opportunities in New Mexico and California. As ETS is unpopulated, employees will work for one of the four companies listed above.

ETS is seeking an Audio/Visual: Streaming and Auditorium Support Technician to work in our office in Albuquerque, NM.


Required Skills:

• U.S. Citizen and must have an ability to obtain and maintain a DOE L/Q level clearance. An active DOE L/Q or DoD Secret/Top Secret clearance a plus.
• HS Diploma
• Set up and breakdown for video streaming events
• Operate production equipment (camera, mic, mixer, etc.)
• Set up network connection
• Use DAs to split signals
• Operate computer field recorders
• Digitally archive and transcode film and analog/digital video
• Create metadata files
• Post process digitized files
• Directly interact with customers during live streaming events
• Provide assistance to media library and archive customers
• Assist with equipment updates, configuration, and maintenance
• Work effectively with team members and independently with minimal supervision
