Sr. Quality Engineer, Carnival Corporation (Miami, FL) Responsible for the strategizing, planning, dsgn, & delivery of multiple complex testing assignments w/in an IT portfolio for in-house product dvlpmt, s/ware application dvlpmt, info system launches, & operations systems enhancements. Manage the testing activities & deliverables for systems/ s/ware application of a small team. Responsible for technical investigation, identifying testing techniques, tools & strategies for testing (manual & automated) in order to maximize the benefit of IT investments & initiatives. Bach Deg, or foreign equiv in Comp Info Systems, Comp Sci or a rltd field. 5 yrs of exp in the job offd or in s/ware testing & quality assurance domain, both in planning & execution. Must have exp in test automation frameworks, performance, security & mobile device & functional testing. Reqd Skills/Knowl: Exp w/ Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Server, Informatica, .Net, Java, Mainframe (Unisys Platform), COBOL, Pega, Apex, VB, PRO*C, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Java, Json, Perl, Oracle EPM, Oracle Essbase, Oracle HSF, Oracle Exalytics Appliance Server technology, Hyperion BI, Oracle Dataguard, & Oracle Goldengate, casino eqpmt & rltd shipboard products. Knowl of Agile envrmts, Interface/web testing, Cloud based technologies, Shipboard set up, Digital business. D/base mgmt tools, Corporate IT tools & applications, Sales & Travel applications, Casino & rltd shipboard applications, Finance/HR/Acctg Applications. Compliance mandates/testing. Dry docks business functions, testing n/work eqpmt (Routers, switches, other h/ware etc.) & shipboard applications. Less than 25% of shipboard travel reqd.
