Job Description:

Schaeffler, a global automotive and industrial supplier, is seeking a Systems Engineer - Calibration for our Troy, Michigan location. This role is responsible to manage system requirements, analyze and evaluate system architecture impacts/alternatives, and assign/trace functions and requirements to system elements .

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Determining capability of methods and tools for system architecture development of complex mechatronic products.
• Experiencing with automotive steering (or similar) systems and their components.

• Bachelors degree in any engineering discipline.
• Knowledge of systems engineering, especially integration and calibration.
• Exposure to the function of automotive steering systems and their components.
• Must possess strong communication and presentation skills
• Must have meticulous attention to detail and a continuous improvement focus
• Assertive approach to solving problems
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and organized work ethic
• Experience with dSPACE toolchain is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
