Then we have the right opportunity— we are looking for an Engineering Program Manager to join our team. In the role, the Engineering Program Manager will manage and lead programs to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a subsystem and component of a product or service offering.  Will be responsible for working with engineers and product managers to identify/improve process, program efficiencies, managing activities, resources, schedules, and budgets for Infosight

In a typical day as an Engineering Program Manager you would:


  • Manage and lead a program involving one or more functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a subsystem or component of a product or service offering. Develop schedules, critical deliverables, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program. Coordinate with product managers and engineering managers for roadmap planning and delivery  

  • Coordinate activities of supporting project teams and internal and external development partners; tracks progress against established plan and makes decisions to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.

  • Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to implement changes to product, process, or program plan to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules.

  • Continuously innovate and improve process and tools Ex : Jira dashboards, Jira structures, Reports Automation, Confluence etc.,

  • Lead and provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

  • Scrum Master for one or two InfoSight Scrum teams

  • Champion the adoption of agile best practices within Engineering and Product Management 

If you are…


  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent

  • You have 8 plus years working as a Program Manager using Agile Methodology and working with engineering and product managers for technical programs

  • You have experience using project planning tools and software packages to create, manage and track project results with Jira, Easy BI tools

  • You have demonstrated experience coordinating and directing matrixed teams and resources

  • You have the ability to create/manage complex program schedules, allocate resources and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals

  • You have experience effectively communicating program plans, proposals, and results and negotiate options at management level. Be able to lead through ambiguity and change.

  • You are detail orientated and have experience balancing multiple project and tight deadlines for technical programs

  • You have very strong verbal and written communication skills

  • You are a Scrum Master or Agile Certified is a plus, but not required
