Job Summary:



The purpose of the Packer position is to pack, package, and palletize a wide variety of products and materials, or perform other general labor at the Water Products Business at the Alpharetta Plant by operating, monitoring and maintaining equipment at the site.  This position performs duties in accordance with Sigura’s safety and quality standards and to meet customer requirements.

$13 p/hr. with unlimited overtime available! and a 
$100 weekly attendance bonus!


Show up on time every day and work your whole shift and we will pay you an additional $100 every week!  That’s like getting an additional $2.50 per hour on a 40 hour work week!!”


Work hours are 6:00AM – 4:30PM Monday thru Thursday, 6:00AM – 2:30PM Friday, Saturdays (if worked) 6:00AM – 12:00PM.



Key Responsibilities:

• Read order forms, work orders, and other production documents to understand the packaging needs and specifications to be fulfilled.


• Load materials and products into package processing equipment.


• Monitor processes through manual controls or automated systems at direction of supervision.


• Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas using cleaning solutions and hand tools.


• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms or documents by hand or by data entry into specified systems/spreadsheets, in an accurate and timely manner.


• Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that packaging specifications are met.


• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials, and stack inventory in locations as directed.

Key Requirements:

• High School Degree or equivalent


• Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is desired


• Familiarity with computer applications and spreadsheets is also beneficial.


• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills


• Able to be careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks


• Able to wear and properly use common Protective or Safety Equipment such as safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and hard hats


• Be able to provide information by telephone, in written form, by email, or in person.
