As the Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will provide home-based ABA services to clients in the greater West Springfield, MA area. You will also develop and monitor behavior support plans and individualized treatment plans, as well compile data to graph and determine effectiveness of treatment plans and skill assessments.



Our intensive home-based services help children improve communication, social and behavior skills, self-help skills, and learning skills. In addition, our BCBAs provide parent education and training to ensure skills learned are maintained.



Responsibilities:




  • Oversight of individualized programming for children with ASD including determining goals and objectives and developing treatment plans through the completion of clinically relevant assessments.


  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop behavior support plans that include appropriate, practical, and functionally related recommendations.


  • Train RBTs and caregivers to implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans.


  • Deliver caregiver training to families and professional development trainings to May Institute employees and school staff on ABA principles and teaching strategies.


  • Provide consultation to families, schools, and other external partners.


  • Monitor client progress and complete progress reviews and written reports in a timely manner (including oral reviews with families and other stakeholders).


  • Provide leadership and support to RBTs working with children on your caseload.



Qualifications:





  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.


  • BCBA certification required.


  • Experience working with children with ASD and delivering ABA-based interventions.


  • Experience developing and overseeing ABA-based treatment for children with ASD.


  • Computer literacy regarding Microsoft Office applications


  • Experience using practice management software such as Central Reach preferred



  • Valid driver's license
