Provisioning Analyst at Gage Cannabis in Battle Creek, Michigan

Job Description:

The Provisioning Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of company products. A provisioning analyst must update product information in the computer system. An ideal candidate would have strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities:

Competitor feedback and market analysis
Set daily, weekly, and everyday promotions company wide
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sell through, inventory on hand, par levels, etc.
Research market for accurate and competitive pricing
Set prices for all non-flower products
Monitor profit margins on all non-flower products
Monitor expiring product dates and sell through data
Monitor harvest days on flower and sell through data
Collaborate with marketing for larger campaigns and deals
Oversee deal text messages are being sent timely and correctly
Work with vendors for "sponsored" deals and collaborations
Work with Supply Chain to communicate "Fresh Drops" and time specific deals
Set prices for all new non-flower products
Work with Inventory Teams to ensure current pricing stays competitive and correct
Input deals into POS software to automatically apply at store level
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Retail Operations, and Store Management to successfully complete job responsibilities.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics - Preferred
Retail management experience - Preferred
3-5 years administrative work
Proficient with Microsoft office suite. With attention on Excel
Comfortable using a variety of computer programs such as Spring Big, Go Canvas, Flowhub and Leafly.
Strong communication, critical-thinking, and presentation skills; including the ability to provide written and verbal direction effectively.
