Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager for our Treasury Relations and Support Office. Leading a small team of highly motivated individuals, you will report to an Assistant Vice President and help implement large-scale, enterprise (i.e., multi-district) solutions to complex business and technical challenges. You also will coordinate strategic projects, enterprise initiatives for shared services and Treasury business designation and transformation efforts.

Responsibilities


  • Manage and operate a program management office, including monitoring multiple large scale, enterprise technology solutions for multiple Federal Reserve districts

  • Provide program and project management guidance to business leaders, senior program executives and managers and Treasury's Fiscal Service staff

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the Federal Reserve System and Treasury to establish guidelines and approaches.

  • Coordinate strategic and portfolio management discussions with Executive and Senior Vice Presidents to manage our Federal Reserve System Treasury portfolio.

  • Provide strategic guidance to senior business and technology leaders to ensure Treasury achieves its high priority objectives.

  • Provide support representing Treasury on the Project Management Leadership Team and Portfolio Leadership Team, as appropriate

  • Coordinate cross-unit activities, including portfolio management and internal departmental reporting

  • Distribute senior level communications and provide debriefs of key senior executive discussions

  • Mentor to TRSO individual contributors

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study or commensurate experience

  • 10 years' related experience including 5 years of experience managing teams or leading projects a combination of the following:

    • Knowledge of portfolio and project methodologies and frameworks

    • Experience leading large, complex programs or projects

    • Experience in project management

    • Can motivate direct and indirect reports to achieve strategic goals.

    • Critical thinker with analytical and collaboration skills.

    • Experience building networks to produce results

    • Comfortable presenting information with a variety of audiences.

    • Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma or SCRUM, helpful



  • Travel (15%)
