Job Description

This position is responsible for the support and coordination of Co-pack in BCC Planning.   Scope of the role will include execution and coordination of various promotional programs, Mid-term Planning responsibilities for Co-Pack and driving continuous improvement.  This position provides work direction for the Tactical Co-Pack team.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate production and/or material plans that support the needs of various IMF projects, while achieving customer service objectives at the lowest total delivered cost

* Perform a liaison role between the other business functional teams

* Coordinate with peer Mid-Term Planners on product and/or packaging changes to support business plans and minimize obsolescence in collaboration with operations, marketing, planning and packaging

* Work with vendors to coordinate their schedules and establish priorities when required to prevent supply constraints or customer service. Ensure vendor resources will support business plan

* Must actively participate and lead problem solving and process improvement with production site, staff and vendor teams

* Expected to lead and/or participate in various projects which support achieving both production site and staff objectives

Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business, or related field

-3-5 years’ experience in Logistics and/or operations for production sites or staff

-Knowledge of and experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning system

Preferred Qualifications:
-Knowledge of and experience with SAP and Business Warehouse
