In the role of Technology Architect, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in Grooming User stories, creating the high-level and low level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a Datacap implementation, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Malvern, PA or Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
Around 8 years of experience in Design and architecture review of applications based on Content Management, Document input management
Responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing, debugging, documenting & implementing customer requirements using IBM Datacap
Hands on experience in using IBM Datacap and/or Kofax/Opentext Captiva applications and Java platforms.
Understand the customer need and propose appropriate solution to customer
Proficient in Migration/Up gradation on latest IBM Datacap versions 9.x
In depth knowledge of Datacap components- Datacap Studio, NENU Task Master, OCR, ICR, fingerprinting, batch and real time processing of document extraction and classifications
Knowledge of the integration requirements with IBM Filenet and/or other ECM platforms with Datacap
Provide support for product issues of the Datacap platform and resolve issues with respect to business process documents
Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
Proficient in application development skills for more than one technology as well as proficient in multiple design techniques.
Mentor and cross-train less experienced team members
Excellent at troubleshooting and communicating status, root cause and results.
Collaborate with development and QA team to prepare tests for assigned tasks.
Gain and upgrade constantly necessary knowledge of Documentum requirements, and make successful recommendations

Preferred Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in IBM Datacap and/or in any large volume Input Management solutions.
2+ years of working experience in Agile methodology.
4+ years of experience to guide developer & working with client independently
Datacap- development and Configuration of Datacap applications processes using Taskmaster, Datacap studio, NENU
Analysis of process logs for trouble shooting and support business processes
Experience in configuration and administration of Datacap components
Analytical & Good communication skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
