What Will Your Role Be?
The Business Systems Analyst position reports to the Finance and Planning Manager and will lead business process improvements through system integration and automation as well as providing financial analysis. The Business Systems Analystposition will provide systems consulting and support to senior management and is vital in driving efficient analysis to support business decision making.
System Integration & Optimization
Collect and analyze user requirements and ideal system business intelligence data use
Performs business process workflow, analysis, and reengineering through automation
Ability to connect disparate systems together to share and utilize large amounts of data into actionable information
Assess and configure system output and sharing to optimize data for decision making by Management, Finance, Marketing, and R&D
Improve the potential customer pipeline, qualified lead, and sales process through automation and system data sharing
Establish process cost metrics and recommend improvements
Train system users as required
Create and maintain system reporting
Financial Planning and Analysis
Optimize Financial Intranet resources
Assist with financial and business related research and cooperate with other departments in preparing analyses
Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations
Cross train and serve as a backup to the FP&A Analyst
Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis

Support and manage the company's Net Suite, Hub Spot, Microsoft Dynamics , and various R&D systems
Collaborate with the Accounting Function for seamless process integration and provides support to all functions
Perform other duties as required
Your Key Success Factors
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the technology industry is essential, preferably software
Strong computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
NetSuite Financials, Business Objects, PeopleSoft, TM1 or similar system experience preferred
Experience with Replicon Time Cost is a plus
High integrity, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
High standards of accuracy, precision and consistency; well organized
Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
