Summary:

Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-functional project teams that analyzes data for process improvement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Responsible for delivering training curriculum to aid in employee learning and development to drive high quality and timely issue resolution. Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.

What You'll Do:


  • Interacts with internal stakeholders to review existing documentation and release information to develop knowledge base

  • Plans, performs, and implements process improvement

  • Diagrams and evaluates existing processes

  • Deliver presentations and training courses

  • Create engaging learning content and activities to support adult learners in the online environment

  • Collects data to identify root cause of problems and corrective action

What Success Looks Like...

In 3 months...


  • Engagement with the current leadership team, understanding roles and responsibilities and expand upon current objectives we have in development

  • Understand and begin to layout KPIs/OKRs for the role and transition into the department's point of contact for all things Process and Training related

In 6 months...


  • Firm understanding of current policies, processes and business objectives

  • Beginning to create/implement strong workflows, understand and direct change management, and deliver on key initiatives for the betterment of our business

In 12 months...


  • Fully integrated into Bamboo's culture, processes and technology

  • Driving complete and thorough process developmental strategies that position us for long-term success

What You Need:


  • A mission-driven focus with a passion for spearheading change in complex healthcare environments, awareness of payer/provider reimbursement models, and interoperability/healthcare tech trends

  • BA/BS degree or relative experience

  • 3+ years' experience in a Call Center setting with a focus on managing complex projects involving cross-functional internal and customer stakeholders

  • Operational or client services background with Hospital & Health System experience preferred

  • Experience with high-growth companies a plus

  • People management experience in helping grow and retain talent

  • Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with both internal and external customers

  • Familiarity creating training content for call center agents and experience with an LMS is preferred
