Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented UX/UI Designer to further define and enhance platforms that enable our customers to learn Citrix products.

Designers serve a vital role at Citrix. Efforts that go into creating the experiences and crafting the details in our products help transform the way people work. Our ideal candidate advocates for users and leverages data to design our product experiences. We appreciate designers who think deeply, have a good sense of humor, and love collaboration.

Responsibilities

* Work independently on large, moderately complex user apps and webapps

* Create, present and share prototypes and wireframes to project stakeholders

* Collaborate with our user researcher to drive the direction of our products

* Identify existing areas for improvement within our apps and products

Basic Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a similar role

* Online portfolio - candidates should be prepared to present on a portfolio project

* Ability to share examples of prototyping and mock-up processes

* Experience contributing to user research and user persona projects

* Intermediate Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software

* Expert level proficiency in Adobe XD or similar prototyping software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working from home

* Graphic Design experience/skills

* Video Editing experience/skills

* Illustration experience/skills

* Presenting to large groups, virtually or in person

* Advanced presentation building skills
