Sayres is seeking a Training Program Facilitator with active Secret security clearance, verifiable in JPAS.

Position is located in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities, Qualifications & Clearance Requirements

• Enter applications into the Warfare Training Instructor (WTI) system including application specific parameters and update WTI individual records as individual information changes. These changes will be performed for PCS transfers, PRD changes and other operational requirements. The contractor shall develop, process and maintain databases that support the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Program.


• Develop, process and update documents that support academic courses of instruction throughout SMWDC to ensure alignment with the training program, coordinating with other SMWDC operational Commands to improve WTI recruiting, selection boards, training and monitoring processes.


• Participate in meetings with and/or making presentations to Navy managers including flag officers, and afloat and ashore Commanding Officers, and provide feedback in the form of meeting notes and recommendations to the SMWDC TPOC.


• Coordinate with SMWDC HQ N3/7 Branch Head to develop the WTI Enlisted Program concept. Recommendations shall be provided to the TPOC, as appropriate, throughout concept development.

Education, Work Experience, Skills, and Clearance Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree


• At least 3 years of recent Navy Sharepoint and Collaboration At Sea (CAS) experience


• At least 7 years as a qualified Surface Warfare Officer


• Experience and familiarity with Surface Force Training Continuum to include Basic Phase, Advanced Phase and Integrated Phase Training


• Recent proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and data entry.


• Possess current Security Clearance of SECRET at time of proposal submission.
