Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams and in an Agile environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in developing and building applications on Google Cloud(GCP) would be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of writing secure application code application testing diagnostics and bug fixing
- Understanding and experience using continuous integration and deployment tools.
- Experience of working with the Agile methodology.
- Recent work experience developing enterprise-grade applications
- Optional to have hands-on experience in Web technologies in REACT HTML5 CSS3 JQuery JavaScript any JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in building Java/JEE/Enterprise Java solutions including Spring SpringBoot and Hibernate.
- Experience in subscription and payment systems.
- Good Experience working with Micro-services.
- Experience with developing REST/JSON APIs using Java and Spring
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL/Postgres)
Shift : 9AM-7PM EST
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Engage with team resolve conflict within team
- Define the teams goals set performance expectations conduct appraisals set stretch targets and track performance against the same periodically
- Identify groom reward and develop high performers create training plans for team
- Conduct technical evaluation for building team and share inputs with supervisor / project manager.
