Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Part - Time) at ALDEVRON, LLC in Fargo, North Dakota

Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides support to Aldevron's Talent Acquisition team and will contribute to the success of the team by providing a high level of candidate and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Own background check, reference check, and drug screen processes


• Post new requisitions in Applicant Tracking System and maintain consistent formatting


• Maintain calendars and schedules of interviews, meetings, and events both internally and externally


• Coordinate special interview logistics and travel arrangements for candidates as needed


• Send applicant follow-up communications in a timely manner


• Prepare and send job offer packages


• Assist with new hire onboarding by coordinating logistics and prepare paperwork


• Assist with resume review as needed


• Track key performance metrics 


• Manage referral bonus program


• Support and coordinate campus recruiting events


• Act as Applicant Tracking System administrator


• Assist with crafting and updating job descriptions


• Provide excellent service to candidates and hiring managers

This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
