Job Summary:
The Third Party Process Administrator (TPA) will coordinate and support third-party procurement operations, governance, oversight, and audit activities. The TPA must collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient process operations and leverage of cross-process synergies. The TPA also monitors process performance and prioritizes and drives process-related decisions. Additionally, the TPA is accountable for ensuring process compliance with all relevant legislation and company procedures.

What You’ll Do: 


  • Participates in regulatory, client and internal audits to represent the third party lifecycle process while collaborating with IT, and Finance on system implementations and enhancement initiatives


  • Communicates and tracks audit progress and results to both department and business unit management, both verbally and in writing


  • Establish program reporting protocols through defining reporting metrics, delivering reporting analytics, creating reporting dashboards and other reporting outputs as needed to communicate program key performance indicators (KPI) and status


  • Working closely with Master Data Management teams and applying LEAN methodology to ensure key data elements are structured, standardized, and consistent across our brand portfolio (suppliers, partners, vendors, etc.)


  • Design & implement process, and technology standards for end-to-end P2P process at Enterprise level and responsible for system testing


  • Partnering with Business unit leaders and teams to drive ongoing business process improvements


  • Providing SME knowledge for Procure to Pay process and drive the Global Procurement enterprise strategy


  • Serve as a Super User to the procurement module and resolve” tier-1” support cases.


  • Approve purchase orders based on functional approval limits (DOA) and w ork with AP to resolve Accounts Payable and invoice hold issues.


Qualifications :


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience) and program and project management experience required


  • Experience in supporting cross functional business services with an emphasis on Procurement functions


  • Experience with Shared Services and/ or Outsourced Service Delivery Models and knowledge of ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP and G Suite for Business knowledge (data entry skills)


  • In-depth understanding of Procure to Pay leading practices and experience with Oracle, SAP, and procurement systems


  • Significant experience and use of ServiceNow, ERP software (SAP, ORACLE) and familiarity with Procurement & A/P systems and interfaces
