Job Roles / Responsibilities:

• As a Sr Data Analyst, you will work within the Business Operations team, and you will be an essential resource to help us achieve our mission. In this specific role you will be required to:


• Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analysis, and recommendations.


• Assist in consolidating data from multiple sources to compile weekly, annual, and quarterly reporting/forecasting.


• Manage large scale data mining.


• Work on ad-hoc projects/analysis as needed.

Required Skills / Experience:

• Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Moderate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required (Vlookups, formulas, pivot tables etc.)


• Familiarity with enterprise business intelligence and/or data query/data management tools (Oracle BI, SAP, Access, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc)


• Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $(70K – 100K) depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics/Accounting/IT/Statistics from an accredited college or university preferred
