Job Description:

The HR Technology team at Unifi strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. The HR Technology Manager will develop and manage both the short-term and longer-term / multi-year roadmap for HR technology, effectively balancing competing priorities and flexibly adapting to our rapidly evolving business environment.


 


What You’ll Do


 



  • Own the full HR Tech roadmap including how all the systems connect and engage with one another to achieve desired business objectives and enhance employee experience.

  • Own active delivery of multiple technology implementations at any given time, performing project management, process, and technology design, change management guidance, business requirements documentation, test plans, and training.

  • Provide overall project management that may include multiple technology platforms making up an ecosystem with multiple integration points. Project management will include both creating the plan as well as managing to the plan.

  • Work with project sponsors, functional and technology leaders to craft and confirm project objectives. Lead design workshops at the onset of the project, including gathering business requirements and process documentation.

  • Partner with teams across HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and Legal on implementation of solutions.

  • Work with HR project manager to plan out implementation. Manage overall project planning, build, test, execution, and adoption as needed for the implementation projects.

  • Establish clear communication channels and cadence with key stakeholders to share decisions, priorities, and relevant project information

  • Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes. Work with the business and tech teams to identify and recommend system improvements, process gaps, new features, and functionality that will enhance the HR technology landscape.

 


 


What You’ll Need


 



  • 5+ years of experience in implementing HR Technology solutions. Experience with any of the following systems - UltiPro, Kronos, WorkJam, is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of HR and IT business processes and how they impact HR systems and employee experience.

  • Experience in contributing to concurrent projects while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders during complex implementation projects.

  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and project management skills.

  • Ability to create and improve process through critical thinking
